Banana Mocha Ice Cream


  • 6 frozen bananas (peel before freezing them)
  • 2 TBSP cacao powder 
  • 1/4 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1 TBSP coffee grounds
  • 2-3 pitted dates 
  • 2 TBSP milk 


  • Remove bananas from freezer and let sit for 5 minutes.   
  •  Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides a few times to make sure it blends properly. 
  •  Serve immediately in a bowl or cone.
